The Cabinetry and Millwork Shop

Our cabinetry and millwork shop, located in Portland, Maine, has provided quality custom woodwork to builders, homeowners, and businesses for over 30 years.

Our offerings include custom trim including profiles to match historic properties, fine cabinetry, built-ins, custom doors and windows, stair parts, hand rails, and wooden furnishings.

For custom trim, including whole-house packages:

If you are a builder or homeowner, and would like to commission a custom trim package through our shop, call us at 207-797-7534 and ask for Jeff Brewer. He’ll help you to submit your order, and can answer your questions around current delivery options, turnaround times, etc.

For cabinetry only:

If you have a builder and a kitchen design, you’ll want to contact our shop directly, or have your kitchen designer do so. We will work hand in hand with you and your design and installation team to create your ideal custom cabinetry.

If you have a builder but not a kitchen designer, we can help. You’ll want to begin by speaking with our in-house designer Tavia Douglass, who will be your guide from planning to completion, working closely with our shop to oversee the creation of your cabinetry, and also with your builder when it comes time for installation.

And if you need it all (product + design + installation), we can do that too! If these cabinets will be part of a more comprehensive kitchen or home construction project, you may want to check out our processes for new construction, renovation, and/or kitchen and bath design.

For commercial millwork + casework:

From teller stations in bank branches to one-of-a-kind bars, to casework for medical exam rooms, our millwork shop can outfit your business with exactly what it needs. Some of our commercial clients include doctors’ and veterinarians’ offices, retail stores, bank branches, hotels, restaurants, bars, and more. If a stunning display of custom-crafted woodwork or furniture is the first impression you’d like to make on customers, we’d love to talk about that project with you. Call our office and ask for Jeff Brewer.
